If your eSIM/SIM is not working, please contact our support team immediately via the following channels:

Step 2: Troubleshooting Support
Aviro will assist you in resolving the issue within an hour. Please prepare the following information in advance to help the support process go smoothly and quickly:
1. Order Information: Order code or ICCID.
2. Network Settings: Screenshot or image containing information about the device, including:
– Mobile data (4G/5G) – enabled.
– Data roaming – enabled.
– Choose a network operator.
– APN settings.
– Proof that no VPN is installed.
3. Error Image: Screenshot showing the problem (e.g. no internet connection)..
Step 3: Next steps
– If we can't fix the problem within an hour, we'll provide an eSIM/SIM or alternative completely free of charge.
– If you do not provide all the necessary information, we will try to assist as much as possible, applying the standard refund policy.
– You need to send a screenshot confirming the eSIM/SIM has been deleted when requesting a replacement or refund.
