1. Delivery time and location limits

In order to bring convenience to customers when shopping, Vn.avironetwork.com supports nationwide delivery. For inner city areas of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vn.avironework.com will deliver to customers within 01-02 working days from the date of receiving the order.

For suburban areas, customers will receive the goods from 03-07 working days from when vn.avironework.com receives the order. However, there are cases where the delivery takes longer than a few working days, but only happens in the following force majeure situations:

  • vn.avironetwork.com staff could not contact the customer by phone so the delivery was not possible.
  • The shipping address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.

2. Shipping fee

Regarding shipping fees, Vn.avironetwork.com will use the delivery services of shipping companies and the fees will be calculated according to the fees of those shipping service providers. Shipping fees will be notified to customers during the process of Vn.avironetwork.com staff confirming the order with you.

For provincial customers who need to buy in large quantities or wholesale customers, we will use the shipping services of delivery companies. Shipping fees will be calculated according to the shipping unit's fee schedule or according to the contract agreement between the two parties.

 3. Define the responsibilities of Vn.avironetwork.com and the logistics service provider regarding the provision of goods documents during the delivery process.

All orders are carefully packed and sealed by Vn.avironetwork.com before shipping. The shipping unit is responsible for shipping the goods according to the "original packaging" principle, ensuring that the goods are not opened or damaged during the delivery process.

Each order packaging will have the following information:

  • Recipient information: Recipient name, phone number and delivery address.
  • The order's waybill number.

To ensure the safety of the goods, Vn.avironetwork.com will provide a valid financial invoice or warehouse receipt of the product in the parcel (if any).

The shipping unit is responsible for providing documents related to these goods to the customer and when requested by the competent state management agency during the delivery service performance.

4. Responsibility for damaged goods during transportation

For goods damaged during transportation, whether the order is shipped by the carrier itself or by a third party, we will be responsible for resolving the problem for the customer. Customers have the right to refuse to receive the product and request a return according to the "return and refund" policy. For any problems that arise, we will work with the shipping partner to resolve and compensate for the order according to the cooperation agreement between the company and the third party providing the shipping service.

*Note: In case of delay in delivery, we will promptly inform the customer and the customer can choose between canceling or continuing to wait for the goods.

For eSIM

With Aviro's eSIM product, after the customer successfully places an order and makes a bank transfer payment, Aviro's Customer Care department will confirm and the product will be sent to the customer's registered email no later than 2 hours after Aviro confirms the customer's successful purchase information.

Similar to physical SIM, if there are any problems affecting the delivery schedule, Aviro will promptly inform and flexibly support you in canceling the order if desired.
