Notes on use

• Please check your device supports eSIM and is not carrier locked before purchasing.

• Do not delete eSIM after installation , because each QR code can only be installed once .

• Cannot transfer eSIM to other device after installation.

• The usage period starts from the moment the eSIM is activated on the device. One day of eSIM usage is counted until 23:59 Beijing time (GMT+8) . You should install eSIM on the day of departure , avoid early activation which reduces usage time.

• It is recommended to print the QR code and carry it with you if you only use 1 phone.

• Please scan and activate eSIM within 30 days of receiving QR code

• Device must be running iOS 12.1 or later and have a Wifi or cellular connection to activate.

• In case your eSIM doesn't work upon landing , connect to Wi-Fi at the airport or hotel and contact us immediately for support.

• If you have used another eSIM in Vietnam before: Do not delete the main eSIM . If you have deleted it, you need to go to a domestic telecommunications store to restore it.

How to check if your device supports eSIM

Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is not carrier locked or jailbroken.

1. eSIM support:

Press *#06# to check:

• If you see the EID line appear

• Or in Settings there is an item like Add eSIM, Activate eSIM, or Add mobile plan

→ Your device supports eSIM.

2. Phone is not locked to network:

For iOS:

1. Go to Settings > General > About.

2. Check the Network Lock section: If it says "SIM Unlimited", your device is not network locked.

For Android:

1. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Management.

2. Check “Select mobile network”, “Select network automatically” if multiple carriers appear, your device is not locked to a network,
